Refund Policy
Deposits:
25% deposit is non-refundable for any reason. This is to cover operating business expenses associated with the initial booking.
Remainders & Full payments:
If cancelled 60+ days prior to your charter: 50% refund
If cancelled 30-59 days prior to your charter: 25% refund
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the charter date: No refunds for any reasons
*Credit card fees are non-refundable
*We encourage guests to purchase trip insurance. We are not responsible for changes or cancellations made by cruise ships or airlines and cannot issue refunds outside of the above policies. We can not issue refunds due to health reasons.
Fuel Surcharge
While we hope that fuel prices will remain steady this coming summer, we must be prepared in case they drastically rise. In order to do this, we are implementing a fuel surcharge on all charters if fuel prices at the Sitka fuel dock (not the national average) go above $5.50/gallon.
*If the fuel price at the Sitka fuel dock goes above $5.50/gallon trips will be subject to an 6% fuel surcharge. *If the fuel price at the Sitka fuel dock goes above $7/gallon trips will be subject to an 8% fuel surcharge *If the fuel price at the Sitka fuel dock goes above $8/gallon trips will be subject to a 10% fuel surcharge.
